• Silver Award Final Report

    Girl Scouts San Diego

  • The Silver Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn. This report is to be completed by registered Girl Scout Cadettes in grades 6–8 with their troop leader. Juliettes will complete this form with their adult mentor.

    Please submit only form for each Silver Award project. The form will include all of the names of girls from that troop who worked on the project and earned the award.

    The final deadline to earn the Silver Award is September 30th of your ninth grade year.

    For information on how to earn the Silver Award and ensure that the Girl Scout has completed the requirements, please refer to the Cadette Workbook for Earning your Silver Award and the Adult Guide for Earning the Silver Award.

    Once this completed form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the troop leader or adult volunteer confirming that the Girl Scouts named on the form have earned their Silver Awards!
