• Bronze Award Final Report

    Girl Scouts San Diego
  • The Bronze Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Junior can earn. This report is to be completed by registered Girl Scout Juniors in 4th or 5th grade with their troop leader. Juliettes will fill this out with their adult mentor.

Please complete only one form for each Bronze Award project. Each form will include the names of all the girls from that troop who worked on the project.

The final deadline to earn the Bronze Award is September 30th of the year you enter 6th grade.

Once this completed form is submitted, an email will be sent to the troop leader or adult volunteer confirming that the Girl Scouts listed have earned their Bronze Awards! We will only contact you further if there are any issues or additional information is needed.

Bronze Award pins are available for purchase in the Girl Scout shops. Certificates can be printed at home using the pdf in the confirmation email sent at the end of the survey.
